I had a pleasant stay at Noor Jehan's Grand Noor in Palakkad. the staff were friendly, and the adjacent restaurant was convenient. the room was small and lacked some amenities. a decent choice for a solo traveler needing a quick stopover.

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, just next door to Palakkad close to Malampuzha Dam, center and the train station. We got a room with a bathtub. The staff was really helpful and professional, the beds were comfy. Had a very peaceful time.
